Our Projects

This project consisted of the conversion of a three storey building , which consisted of one flat at each storey . As a part of this conversion, 2 new flats were built from scratch at each floor , and another additional flat at the basement . FYK Construction Ltd. undertook the full construction , from demolition to new re-wiring , plumbing , structural and internal works.

An existing shop , which was in a poor state , was entirely refurbished . This included strengthening the existing timber beams with bow ties and additional lateral beams , replacement of existing foundation to further strengthen it , new electrical wiring and plumbing , new kitchen installation and internal decoration works.

This work included the conversion of commercial storage space to a brand new flat . It included re-pointing of the existing brick , strengthening the brickwork with bracket anchoring , along with many more to meet structural engineer requirements . FYK Construction lialised with a structural engineer and conducted all works required to strengthening of the building .
