36. Old Station Road, Newmarket
Conversion of 3 flats to create 7 new modern flats
This project consisted of the conversion of a three storey building , which consisted of one flat at each storey . As a part of this conversion, 2 new flats were built from scratch at each floor , and another additional flat at the basement . FYK Construction Ltd. undertook the full construction , from demolition to new re-wiring , plumbing , structural and internal works.

Refurbishment of an Existing Shop
An existing shop , which was in a poor state , was entirely refurbished. This included strengthening the existing timber beams with bow ties and additional lateral beams , replacement of existing foundation to further strengthen it , new electrical wiring and plumbing , new kitchen installation and internal decoration works.
Ground and External Repair Works
These projects involved essential repairs and enhancements to external structures and surrounding ground. Works included resurfacing pathways, repairing damaged brickwork, improving drainage, and reinforcing structural elements to ensure long-term stability and durability
